Since all shops were closed, there was only one pick-up on the program. Received a new television at Media Markt. Without any problems, without waiting, simply great. Just pre-order and you're done.

Very mixed clientele but lots of nice and big shops, a bit dirty here and there, but all in all really okay. Quite full now in the Christmas season, but all hygiene regulations are observed.

I come here every now and then and most of the time I find exactly what I'm looking for. I think the parking fees are great because one or the other center can cut something. All-round successful concept.

Similar structure to the Centro in Oberhausen. It is easy to find your way around as there are screens where you can look for stores. There are also enough parking spaces.

The center cannot help the stupidity of some people, but there is also no one who calls on mask sinners. A few seats would do well for tired or sore feet.

We were here and everyone is completely overwhelmed, which is understandable in the current situation. But long lines and no concept for effective ventilation are not a solution either. So it was unfortunately not nice even if it is difficult

The Köln Arcaden are always worth a visit. Unfortunately, people are not careful enough at the moment, so I can only advise against visiting them at the moment. Stay at home!

Excellent. Big shopping center, there are goods for all occasions, and for different wallets. During periods of discounts, you can buy crazy things at low prices. Mediamarkt is generally a fire.

Nice mall with a lot of stores. Easily accessible with the tram (line 9) I would recommend to go during the week. On Saturday’s it is nearly impossible to keep the distance

Great place for strolling, shopping, and brainstorming and meeting friends. Everyone will find something here, from very young to very old. There is something for everyone.

The arcades are clean and there is a good selection from the usual shops. From pharmacies, groceries, electronics, drugstores and flower shops to many clothing stores and "food stalls". It's clear and easy to find your way around. There is also a play area for the children which looked okay. The parking fees are reasonable. TIP: DAY TICKET for € 3.

The Köln Arkaden are one of the largest shopping centers in Cologne for the Rhein Center in Weiden, there is already a large selection of shops, from clothing stores (mostly) to toy shops, to pharmacies and supermarkets, everything is represented there. In my opinion, the center is designed quite clearly and the info terminals, which are operated via touchscreen, make it easy to find your way around, and there are several info points in the center, which is spread over three floors, where employees sit if you don't know where you find something. Gift cards / vouchers of any amount are also sold at these info points, which can also be redeemed in other shopping centers. In addition, it is by and large always very clean there, there is WiFi, as well as some seating and play areas for children, which are currently closed due to Corona. All in all, I like to go shopping there, and if hungry or thirsty you will find a number of different restaurants and the like on the lower floor. The Köln Arcaden are definitely worth a visit.

Good evening, have just had the best experience with the Köln Arcaden. Since I switched completely to cashless methods and didn't have any cash with me, I couldn't pay for my parking ticket because the EC payment had failed. After a nice conversation with a lady at the reception I was allowed to pass even though I didn't have enough money with me. Of course, this was an exception, and yet the staff in the other shops were all nice and helpful. 5 stars for that!

Everything what you need is there

In the parking garage there are always young people hanging out who obviously smoke illegally, willfully destroy the walls and listen to loud music. Unpleasant atmosphere, I don't want to park my car there. You also pay the full parking fee for 5 minutes of parking, in the Rhein-Center in Weiden you have the first 30 minutes free. The shops in the arcades are constantly moving or changing. I only go if I want / have to go to Media Markt or H&M

The usual thing about shops, so far ok. BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED IN WHETHER THEY ARE WEARING A MADKE DESPITE THE INCREASING CORONA NUMBERS! THE MAIN MATTER YOU LEAVE MONEY. A NO GO FOR ME IN THESE TIMES !! CONSEQUENCE = THE NEXT MONTHS WILL NOT SEE ANY MONEY FROM ME.

Generously cut shopping center. Lots of light, air-conditioned - on 3 floors with its own, very affordable parking garage incl. Car sharing location and e-charging stations. Extensive range "Freßmeile" in the underground station (but only barrel food, sweets and bakeries + North Sea + Burger King). Also ice cream parlor, bistro, REWE, Türk. Supermarket, Douglas, hairdressers, Fielmann, etc. Some shops are empty since the 10-year leases expired some time ago. Well-structured information system + reception directly in the entrance. Located directly at the "Kalk-Post" station. Minus: The shops are predominantly on a middle and lower level - just like the audience. - Unfortunately, there are often quite a few, less trustworthy people hanging around in the W-LAN areas and seating groups.

This is a hub of many restaurants and shops with different brands which is 1 minute walk to U bahn - Kalkpost. There is lot of parking place which is paid. You can fill up your complete boring day here roaming inside. There are more than enough food options available. Good place to spend alone or friends & family. First floor - clothing and apparel; underground with stationery and book shops; food shops all over. You can find center plan on the first floor and in the pics below my review ?
